2. Application of These Terms
By accessing this Website or purchasing any digital product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use this Website or purchase our products.
3. Digital Products
We sell downloadable digital products, including PDF toolkits and training materials.
All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods will be shipped.
Access to digital products is provided immediately after successful payment, unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are capable of accessing PDF files.
4. Pricing and VAT
All prices are stated in GBP.
Prices are shown excluding VAT which will be applied at the applicable UK rate in accordance with VAT law.
Purchasers outside the UK must contact us to purchase directly, as VAT treatment may vary depending on your location and applicable tax regulations.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed purchases.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely via our website provider and integrated payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.
6. Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the digital product.
If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, please contact us at amy@indigo-edge.com.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
7. Cancellation Rights and Refunds (Digital Content)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts.
However, this right does not apply to digital content once supply has begun with your express consent.
By completing your purchase, you:
Expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content; and
Acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once access or download begins.
For this reason, refunds are not available once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in relation to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, digital products, text, graphics, branding, and training materials are owned by or licensed to Indigo Edge and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence for your personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the materials
Share the files with third parties
Upload them to publicly accessible platforms
Modify or create derivative works for resale
Claim the content as your own
